Technical Support Specialist I

General Statement of Duties

Provide help desk support for faculty, staff, and students by taking calls and monitoring work order queue. Must have great customer service skills, self motivated, and willing to learn new technical skills. Will try to resolve work orders on first call on a wide range of systems and applications but would expect more complex issues to be escalated. All issues will be entered into the work order tracking system.

Education/Training/Skills

Associates degree or work experience in lieu of degree and 0-2+ years experience
