Oberlin Congregational Church, a biblically conservative non-denominational church located in Steilacoom, Washington for the past 125 years, is searching for a Senior Pastor to lead a current membership of 230 in a growing community. We seek a person with strong leadership and expository preaching skills who can relate to a multi-generational church with deep historical roots in the community. We have both a traditional and contemporary worship service, but a small staff with multi-faceted skills. If you are up to the task of building this church into a dynamic organization for the 21st century, we offer a compensation package of 59 to 80K DOQ.
