Description:
Primary Ministry Focus: Building a ministry targeting the needs of 18-35 year olds, including: leadership development, evangelism and discipleship strategies, and pastoral care.
Secondary focus areas:
1. Team teaching with an eventual goal of 15-20% of weekend services.
2. Helping to form a reproducing pastoral team to grow our leadership for our main campus, and eventual satellite campuses. As part of this team, to oversee the teaching of theology and practical ministry, and to develop an "on the job" mentoring program for lay and vocational ministry training.
As part of our vision to plant 100 churches globally by 2017, this person would be expected to spend 1-3 weeks per year abroad.
