The Youth & Worship Pastor (YP/WP) is to provide overall leadership and personal ministry involvement to youth, both middle school through senior high age groups. Ministries shall be age-defined and involve various purposes within each age-group (i.e., outreach, worship, fellowship, discipleship and ministry). The ministry should be highly motivating for youth and offer opportunities for the personal and spiritual development of youth that parents enthusiastically endorse.

As WP he will be responsible for the contemporary worship service, including the selection of songs, supervision and training of sound techs, and the recruiting and training of worship band, vocalists, and soloists. He should be able to lead worship (from piano, guitar, or keyboard) and arrange music or prepare charts.

Kingwood Bible Church is an independent Bible church. We are evangelical, Free Grace, and noncharismatic.
