Responsibilities
Youth 85%
a. Develop a Youth ministry (7-12th grades) founded on the Five Biblical
Purposes of Worship, Serving, Discipleship, Fellowship, and Evangelism.
b. Recruit and train adults and students to help lead ministry under him.
c. Work closely with the parents of youth by organizing their support and by
providing training for them as parents.
d. Be committed to relationally and spiritually connecting with the students.
e. Help facilitate continuity between grade school ministries and youth ministries.
f. Be a partner with the Central District youth ministries.
Pastoral Duties 15%
a. Be a full-team player, along with the senior pastor, in providing pastoral care
and modeling servant leadership to the church as a whole.
b. Assist in the public services of the church under the direction of the Senior
pastor and be given opportunity to preach.
c. Participate in VBS week each year it occurs.
