Advanced Standing
We want you to obtain maximum benefit from the educational
background you bring to seminary. Toward this end, we want to help you
avoid unnecessary duplication of previous education and help you to
enroll in courses that will provide maximum opportunity for your
development. There are three means by which your educational background
might shape the personal design of your curriculum: Transfer Credit,
Advanced Standing, and Substitute Electives.
If you think you might qualify for one of the exams compare your knowledge to the study guide and then if you believe you will pass the exam fill out the advanced standing request form and turn it in with your registration form. If your request is deemed valid you will be assigned a time to sit for the exam.
