While these links will take you to the familiar interface of CARSWeb, we encourage students, faculty and staff to begin using MyDenSem for you academic needs. MyDenSem offers great features and functionality and will eventually replace CARSWeb as the point of access for academic information.
Transcript Requests
To get a transcript, the registrar's office needs a written request with your signature. The Transcript Request Form is available on MyDenSem on the Academics Tab in the Downloadable Forms section. Please be sure to include your full name, your social security number, the dates you attended or the year you graduated, your degree program, and the addresses for mailing, including a current address and phone number for you.
You may fax your request to 303-783-3122 as long as your signature appears on the fax. You can also mail your request to Denver Seminary, 6399 South Santa Fe Drive, Littleton, CO 80120, attn: Registrar's Office.
The fee for a transcript is $2; additional fees apply for rush orders.
We cannot accept e-mail requests.
