
MA in Leadership
The Master of Arts in Leadership offers a customizable degree program that focuses on developing, equipping and encouraging men and women to be effective leaders in the body of Christ. Students are taught to understand and develop their own leadership style as well as develop their own philosophy of leadership and ministry based on solid theological, philosophical and leadership principles.

Structure
In addition to the MA core, the MA in Leadership involves 18 hours of required Leadership courses plus 8 hours of Leadership electives and 4 hours of open electives:

Required leadership courses (18 hrs): Communicating and Leading in Intercultural Contexts, Theological and Theoretical Foundations of Leadership, Strategy for Leadership Development, Management for Leaders, Personal Life of the Christian Leader, Handling Conflict and Change in Intercultural Contexts, Integrative Seminar

Leadership Electives (8 hrs): Mobilizing and Equipping Volunteers, Stewardship and Resource Development, Organizational Community Building, Legal Issues for the Christian Leader, Leading Teams, Systems Thinking and Decision Making, Studies in Leadership, Christian Ethics and Modern Culture, Leadership in Youth and Family Ministry
