Other Sources of Financial Aid
Public and Private Foundations
Many public and private foundations offer scholarships to qualified students. Students may research these options at their local public library or through various sources on the Internet.
Alternative Bank Loans
Various state programs and many banks offer alternative loans which complement the Federal Loan programs.
Canadian Student Loans
Canadian students may secure low-interest, deferred payment loans under this program through participating banks in their province of residence.
Church Partnerships
A church may agree to sponsor a student by paying a part of the student's tuition costs. The student must enroll in at least twelve (12) hours each semester. The student receives a 10% discount off the total cost of tuition. The church then pays its share (at least 40%) and the student pays the balance. Contact the financial aid office for more information.
UPS - Earn and Learn
Seminary students can work part time for United Parcel Service and receive tuition reimbursement. Call 888-WORK-UPS for further information.
