Biblical Worldview: Demonstrate a Christian world view that integrates biblical, theological, and historical truth.

Healthy Relationships: Exhibit healthy relationships with self, family, church, community, and the world.

Embracing Human Diversity: Love, understand, and be equipped to minister among people of diverse ages, genders, ethnicity, beliefs, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Christ-like Maturity: Display emotional stability, personal integrity, and spiritual vitality.

Organizational Expertise: Participate with understanding and sensitivity in a variety of Christian organizational structures.

Critical Thinking: Research, analyze, and address issues of life and ministry, utilizing critical and strategic thinking.

1. Cultivate vibrant and transformative graduate level education.

   1.3. Strategically increase enrollment while implementing our desired student
          body matrix goals.

  1.4. Intentionally use assessment of our educational processes to strengthen
         learning outcomes.

 

2. Partner with church and parachurch leaders nationally and globally to equip graduates to serve God effectively.

  2.1. Strengthen our partnerships with targeted international seminaries.

  2.2. Advance ethnically diverse and urban partnerships.

  2.3. Continue a lifelong relationship of mutual support with our alumni.

  2.4. Provide significant needs-based lifelong educational experiences for local
         ministry leaders.

 

3. Establish a well-informed biblical voice in the public dialogue that will help people connect their Christian faith with their vocations and roles as global citizens.

  3.1. Sensitize, equip and empower Christian leaders to integrate into their
         ministries the social/public dimension of the Gospel in keeping with the
         example of our Lord.

   3.2. Provide educational resources to assist civic leaders to impact culture
          and the world.

   3.3. Position our faculty to speak publicly in their areas of expertise.

   3.4. Become a networking resource for information and people around critical
          issues of our day.

   3.5 Provide educational resources to assist Christians in applying their faith
         to every aspect of their vocations.

 

4. Produce graduates who embrace, understand, and minister skillfully to people and communities of diverse ages, genders, ethnicities, beliefs, socioeconomic backgrounds, and disabilities.

  5.1. Implement a healthy and sustainable financial model that
         will safeguard the long-term health and mission of the
         seminary.

  5.2. Implement an effective advancement program that focuses
         on stewardship and service.

  5.3. Build and manage a wise and strong endowment.

  5.4. Expand our funded scholarship program in order to make
         tuition as affordable as possible, increase our competitive
         advantage and reduce the graduating debt load of our
         students.
